The best of both worlds! This service is an all-inclusive package to design, build and execute your project from start to finish. Design-build and full service furnishing is available for any size project from a simple bathroom or kitchen renovation to ground-up new construction or whole home renovations.
Our holistic approach entails management and execution of the project from conception to completion; truly soup to nuts (or studs to styling) to transform your space!
new construction, renovation & remodel
Through a consultation and series of selection meetings, we will help you with architectural drawings and floor plans, electrical placement, cabinet design, paint colors and material selections (flooring, tile, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, hardware selections, window treatments, etc.) to create a cohesive design throughout.
We handle the construction project management and coordination in partnership with all design elements ensuring no corner is left untouched.
full service furnishing & decor
We manage every detail from space planning to installation and styling. This service includes a full furnishings design plan, visual conception presentation, curated product and materials research and sourcing, procurement, tracking, scheduling and receiving.
From floor plans to furnishing installation and styling, we ensure all of the little details and special moments that will make your home look thoughtfully and intentionally designed to reflect your personal style.

We work on both residential projects ranging from full service furnishing and decor to large-scale renovations, adaptive re-use renovations, remodels and ground-up new construction.

From selecting architectural details and finishes, to designing a functional, beautiful space with furniture, fabrics and decor, we are here to make your vision a reality.
Our Process

Once your questionnaire has been submitted your consultation will be scheduled for your desired service, we will meet you at your home to discuss the details of your project needs and determine how we can help bring your vision to life. We will be in touch to confirm the consultation and request any additional information needed in advance.

Once we have all information needed including floor plans, measurements, inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, houzz ideabooks, etc. we will put together a comprehensive estimate for your project. From there, we start with the layout and design direction. Then, we bring the layout to life with design boards and renderings that include options for color palettes, finishings, fixtures, furnishings, etc. (depending on what’s needed). It is important to us that before selecting materials and purchasing that everyone is collectively aligned on an approved concept for every space we’re designing.

Once a design-build and/or design concept is approved, we detail out the design and pull together a finalized estimate tailored to your specific needs and proposed tentative project schedule for your approval.
Full service furnishing & decor: This includes specification of furnishing/decor and selecting the construction materials that bring the approved design to life (FF&E schedule).
To ensure all projects are executed as intended, we purchase and make arrangements for all materials associated with the design-build and/or furnishings on your behalf by partnering with a host of trusted vendor partners. Upon the completion of this phase of work, our team will be ready to prepare for construction and/or final install (if applicable).

Once all details are finalized and all items are ordered, our team will kick off construction and begin executing all aspects of the build and/or installation. On renovation, remodel or new construction jobs, this will include overall construction project management, staffing, coordination and execution of the project through plan sets, working with architects, permitting, etc. all the way through final details and completion.
Full service furnishing & decor: If possible, rather than piecemeal design installations as items deliver, we prefer to schedule a day (or multiple days depending on project scale) to execute the install and transform your space all at once and ensure a seamless and stress-free transition.
Deliverables
Architectural Review
We work with your architect to review electrical and plumbing plans, angles, and space planning so that every detail functions with the end goal in mind.
INTERIOR FINISHES
We work with you to choose the best materials for the way you live as well as selecting all finishes from hardwood flooring to grout colors.
full service furnishings & decor
We select all of the furnishings, from upholstery to lighting fixtures, incorporating any heirloom or pieces along the way. After the installation, we will style the space: finishing touches!
procurement
We coordinate with the vendors and receiving warehouses to order, track, receive and process any claims for your furniture and styling pieces.
project management
We handle all of the details of the process from start to finish to ensure that everything is organized, on time, and on track.
installation
A comprehensive service (pairing with full service furnishings & decor) that includes moving all furniture into your home and arranging it according to the detailed design plan, ensuring a seamless and stress-free transition.
